A free car seat check will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondayat Kovatch, 420 N. First St., Lehighton.

Registration is not required for the check, but parents are asked to bring the child who uses the seat along so that the safety specialist can make sure they fit properly.The car seat check is hosted by Kid Zone Blue Mountain Health System and the Pennsylvania State Police.
