LONG POND, Pa. (AP) - A man is charged with attempted murder and other counts after police say he shot four people outside a party in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Police say 22-year-old Dheklan "Dek" John had been involved in a fight at the home in Long Pond early Sunday morning.Pocono Mountain Regional Police say four people were shot outside the house shortly before 1 a.m. Their conditions aren't being released.Witnesses told police that John was the shooter.
