Shenandoah bar is burglarized

State police at the Frackville barracks are investigating a burglary that was reported at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday at a Shenandoah bar.

Police said someone smashed a door window at the M & T Bar, 202 S. Main St., and then crawled through a window to enter the premises. The intruder(s) stole a cash register and bottles of alcohol.

Police said during the crime, the actor(s) also ransacked the interior of the business and removed dollar bills from the walls that were hanging as decor. Police said "good luck" messages are written on the bills to owner Tom Brokenshire.
