Northwestern Lehigh takes on Palmerton in a Colonial League football contest at Blue Bomber Stadium

Good evening everyone, it's "Pretty in Pink" night, a fundraiser for Breast Cancer as the Blue Bombers kick off to the Northwestern Tigers and they'll start their first offensive drive from their own 33

The Tigers go four-and-out on their first offensive series and Palmerton's Nick Sander returns the punt back to the Bombers' 36 for their first try on offense

The Bombers couldn't get anything going on their first series so after a Ryan Reitz punt, the Tigers take over on their own 40.

Failing to get a first down, Northwestern has a punt blocked by Logan Lesher and Jacob Peck to give the Bombers a first down on the Tigers' 39. On the first play Alex Vignone takes a pitch right and picks up the initial first down of the game at the NW 27.

Tre Nelson breaks loose for a 19-yard TD run on fourth down and Owen Miller boots the PAT to give the Bombers a 7-0 lead with 3:22 left in the first quarter.

Northwestern takes over after the kickoff on its own 20 thanks to no return.

The Bomber defense stiffens and after three straight losses, the Tigers are forced with a 4th and 20 and the Bombers' Jacob Peck blocks another punt to give Palmerton a first and goal at the three.

Tre Nelson goes off tackle for his second Palmerton touchdown of the night from the three. The PAT goes wide left and the Blue Bombers have a 13-0 lead with 1:33 left in the first quarter.

The Tigers take the kick and start this offensive series on their own 35.

On first down, Dylan Snyder catches a 65-yard touchdown from Frank Dangello and John Dolonich kicks the PAT to pull Northwestern withing 6 at 13-7.

Dominic Shivone returns the kickoff back to give the Bombers' first down from their own 27

After one quarter, Palmerton had a 13-7 lead.

The Bombers have put together three first downs and are down on the Tigers' 24 yard line with a first down.

Tre Nelson goes 15 yards for his third touchdown of the night and Cody Peters hits Alex Vignone for the two-point conversion on a perfect pass giving Palmerton a 21-7 lead with 8:41 to go in the first half.

The Tigers return the kick to their own 30 and will start their next offensive series from there.

Cameron Richardson breaks loose on a 49-yard TD run and John Dolonich adds the point after to pull Northwestern within a score at 21-14 with 5:37 left in the half.

Jerry Pereira takes the kickoff back to his own 35 giving the Bombers first-and-ten from there.

After a Blue Bomber punt, the Tigers start on their own 21 and are forced to punt from their own 5 and Tyler Richardson recovers a fumble to give Northwestern a first down at the Bombers' 47.

John Snyder sacks Frank Dangello on fourth down to give the Bombers a first down on the Tigers' 49 as the clock is winding down in the first half.

Palmerton drives down to the Northwestern 29, runs out of downs and the Tigers take a knee to end the first half with Palmerton leading, 21-14.

Palmerton takes the second half kickoff and will start first and 10 from their own 27. 8:18 PM

The Bombers pick up a first down, but eventually have to punt and Northwestern takes over on its own 30 with 8:23 on the clock in the third quarter.

The Tigers were forced with a fourth and one from their own 40 and Cameron Richardson picks up a first down at the Palmerton 47.

The Bombers come up with two stops in a row before Northwestern's Mason Schuler scores on a six-yard TD pass. John Dolonich's PAT ties it at 21-21 with 3:35 left in the third quarter.

Palmerton's Nick Sander returns the kickoff to the Bombers' 48 so they start with good field position.

Bombers can't get anything going and NW takes over on its own 30 with 1:41 left in the third quarter.

Northwestern's Mason Schuler goes 70 yards for a TD and Dolonich's PAT makes it 28-21 Tigers.

The Bombers go four and out and the Tigers start first and 10 on the Palmerton 40. After three quarters, Northwestern holds a 28-21 advantage.

Northwestern scores on the first play of the fourth quarter as Mason Shuler scores on a 41-yard pass from Frank Dangello. Dolonich boots his fifth PAT to make it 35-21 in favor of the tackles.

Bombers start their next offensive possession from their own 25.

After a four and out, the Bombers punt to the Tigers and Northwestern takes over on the 50.

The Tigers drive down to the Bombers' 8 and John Dolonich boots a 25-yard field goal with 5:03 left in the game for a 38-21 lead.

Palmerton takes over on its own 30 and drives into the end zone before Austin Oldt intercepts a pass in the end zone. The Tigers run out the clock and take home a 38-21 win.
