Carbon Builders Association installed officers and board members for 2014 during the January meeting held Tuesday at Trainer's Inn, Lehighton. Installing officer was Kevin Coutts, president of the Pennsylvania Builders Association. Thomas Safety First. Also installed were, Stephen Bakos, BCH Corporation; Andy Pisulak, Palmerton Lumber; and Frank Potoczak, Secure Technologies.
