State police at the Lehighton barracks arrested two individuals after an incident at 4:05 p.m. Dec. 8 at 62 E. Second St. in Franklin Township.

Police said Stewart A. Counterman Jr. of Summit Hill and Tammy Lynn Troxell of Lehighton were charged with harassment.Police said during an argument, Counterman punched Troxell and spit on her, and Troxell then tried to punch a Nicole Ann Lynn.
