D.A.R.E. Challenge will be held March 1 in the Tamaqua Elementary School gym. There will be two sessions, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 2 to 4 p.m.Volunteers will be needed for the event, as well as for set up and clean up.The gym will be set up from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28, and at 8:30 a.m. that Saturday. Clean up will be done after the challenge, from 4 to 6 p.m.D.A.R.E. graduation is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on April 10 in the Tamaqua Middle School Auditorium.Donations to help defray the cost may be sent in care of Olga Williams, 209 Brown St., Tamaqua, PA 18252.Catechism for adults"The Most Vivid Catechism Ever Created" will be presented in Tamaqua during Lent.Created by the Rev.
