A Monroe County teen was cited following a domestic incident. Pocono Mountain Regional police said the incident occurred at 6:29 a.m. on Feb. 7 at a residence at 1 Knob Road, in Mount Pocono.

Police responded to the home to a report of a domestic assault. On scene officers were told by the male victim that he was assaulted by his stepson, Trieu Ho, 18.The victim stated Ho refused to go to school and would not get off his computer. The victim said he disconnected the computer at which time Ho began to physically assault him. The victim stated Ho then grabbed a pair of scissors and came after him. The victim was not injured by the scissors, police said.Ho left the home before the arrival of officers and went to the Pocono Mountain East High School Campus. Pocono officers went to the school, and with the assistance of state police from the Swiftwater barracks, took Ho into custody.He was charged with two counts of simple assault and harassment. He was placed in the county prison in Snydersville pending arraignment, police said.
