Bald Head Island Chapel in North Carolina was the setting for the Sept. 28, 2013 wedding of Katherine Hudson and Michael Crowley.

Msgr. Richard Skelly performed the double ring ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Jane Hudson and Dr. Ronald Balthazor of Watkinsville, Ga., and Brenda Rodgers and Dr. Richard Hudson of Colbert, Ga.Given in marriage by her father, Dr. Hudson, she was attended by Katie Crews, Atlanta, Ga., who served as maid of honor, and Anne Koenig, Montville, N.J., matron of honor.Bridesmaids were Jessica Crowley, South Portland, Maine; Katelyn D'Eramo, Quincy, Mass.; Natalie Hagan, Simsbury, Conn.; and Julie Doust, New Haven, Ind.The bridegroom is the son of Patricia and Peter Crowley of Princeton, N.J., and the grandson of Helen Homcha, Nesquehoning, and the late Frank Homcha; and Helen and Bob Crowley of Hingham, Mass.Best man honors were performed by Richard Crowley of South Portland.Ushers were Joey Calvetti, Ayer, Mass.; Christopher Campbell, Quincy, Mass.; Nick Prendergast, Georgetown, Mass.; Matthew Tarduogno, Arlington, Va.; and Jon Wright, Melrose, Mass.The newlyweds received family and friends at Shoal's Club at Bald Head Island before traveling to Jade Mountain in St. Lucia for their honeymoon.The new Mrs. Crowley is a 2008 graduate of Cornell University in New York. She is employed as a member of the Lincoln Annuity Product Development Team in Hartford, Conn.Mr. Crowley is a 2008 graduate of Bentley University in Massachusetts, and is a member of the Lincoln Insurance and Retirement Solutions Strategy Team in Hartford.The couple met during a rotational assignment in Fort Wayne, Ind., while participating in Lincoln Financial Group's Professional Development Program.They currently reside in Simsbury.
