Kim F. Dembinsky, 24, of Saint Clair, escaped injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 12:44 a.m. Jan. 20 on Route 61 in Blythe Township.

State police at the Frackville barracks said Dembinsky was southbound in a 1997 Ford Escort when he lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a right-hand curve in the roadway.The car overturned onto its roof and came to rest blocking the left lane of travel.Police said Dembinsky was cited for Motor Vehicle Code violations for having caused the crash.
