With three months to a targeted completion date, lighting piers have been pouredat the East Broad Street restoration project seen here Thursday. When the bridge reopens to pedestrians and traffic in November, the main street will no longer be divided in half, detour signage will be removed, and traditional traffic patterns will be restored for the first time since June 2013.
