A robbery suspect is being sought by state police at Schuylkill Haven for an incident that occurred about 9:27 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at a Schuylkill County business.

Troopers said a white male entered the Top Spot Express store at 1629 E. Grande Ave., Porter Township, and confronted clerk Carrie Lin Hoy of Wiconisco. He walked behind the counter and demanded that Hoy give him all the money in the store.The clerk opened the cash register and gave him the money inside. The suspect then exited the store and was observed running behind the store and eventually west down an alley. The suspect did not display a weapon in the robbery.He was described as being about 20-25 years of age, 5-feet, 7-inches tall, with dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, wearing dark clothing, a white bandanna over the lower portion of his face, and carrying an olive drab book bag.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-739-1330.
