Main St., Quakake, Rush Township, theft of a generator from Quakake Fire Company and giving false report to police, placed on probation 23 months, pay $50 to CJEA, and perform 40 hours community service. Grant St., McAdoo, two counts of simple assault and one count each of terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person was placed on probation 23 months, pay $50 to CJEA, perform 80 hours of community service, submit to a drug and alcohol evaluation, enroll in Anger Management Program, and have no contact with the victim.
