Malpractice suit

Elaine Turner, as administratrix, estate of Caroline Herman, deceased, and in her own right, 726 Lehigh St., Jim Thorpe, filed a malpractice suit against Bayada Nurses, aka, Bayada Home Health Services Inc., Philadelphia, and Donna Marie Randall, 233 W. Abbott St., Lansford.

The suit states the decedent was placed in the care of the defendants at her residence at 726 Lehigh St., Jim Thorpe, for monitoring of her medical condition which is detailed in the suit.

The suit alleges negligence against the defendants in the care they provided. Sought are damages in excess of $50,000 on each of nine counts.
