Several area residents were among 105 who were arraigned on criminal charges before District Attorney Karen Byrnes Noon Monday morning at the Schuylkill County courthouse and all entered pleas of not guilty and requested trial by jury. They were:

Andrea Scintilla, 32, of 9 James St., McAdoo, charged by McAdoo Patrolman Jeffrey Tanner, with forgery, access device fraud by using credit card unauthorized, identity theft, access fraud by possessing a counterfeit or altered credit card, giving a false written statement to police, and receiving stolen property purchased with credit card belonging to Tyler Zawatsky. According to the police report Scintilla worked at Fegley's Mini Mart and Zawatsky left his credit card in the store after making a purchase.Heather L. Loar, 26, of 137 W.
