SPC Joseph Bevins, formerly of Coaldale, salutes our nation's Colors during one of numerous Memorial Day services held throughout our area. Bevins, a 2011 graduate of Panther Valley and it's JROTC program, was stationed in Afghanistan with the United States Army 411th Engineer Brigade of New York from Nov. 12 to April 13.
