ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS The ramps from PA 309 north and south to Interstate 81 north and south (exit 138), Kline Township, were closed 3 hours yesterday morning after the driver of an oversized load attempted to pass through a work zone. The load had to be backed up back to SR309. State police responded. The oversized load sits along SR309 in Kline Township after having to back down the one half mile long off ramp to Interstate 81.
