Carbon County Environmental Education Center will host a program on growing tomatoes from seed at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 6.

Presenting the program, "Tomatoes From Seed to Table," will be Master Gardener Diane Giffels.Giffels will discuss different types, best varieties, caring for young plants, harvesting and even tomato recipes. Participants will leave with four planted pots of four varieties of tomato seed.The program is open to all ages, but space is limited.
