A Carbon County teen is facing a charge of harassment.

State police at Lehighton said a 17-year-old male from Lansford was cited following an incident at the Bowmanstown Fire Company on March 14, about 7:28 p.m. Troopers allege the teen punched a 16-year-old teen from Palmerton in the face at the time and location stated.
