Pleasant Valley opened its season in impressive fashion, cruising to a 7-0 Mountain Valley Conference win over East Stroudsburg South.
The Bears received straight-set wins from its top two singles players (Jon White and Jon Walmach) while their No. 3 player Stevie Berry won a tiebreaker to help record the shutout.
