Palmerton senior John Snyder will continue his education and football career at Moravian College next fall.

Snyder, who led the Blue Bombers in tackles with 109 (63 solo and 46 asisted), was a 2012 Colonial League two-way All-Star, making first team offensive line and second team defensive line.He also made 27 tackles for losses, had 11 sacks, recovered two fumbles and returned onefor a touchdown. He also blocked three kicks.Snyder, a TIMES NEWS ALL-AREA First Team Defensive Lineman, was also a team captain this past fall and was named Pamerton's Defensive Player of The Year as well as Interior Offensive Lineman of the Year.
