A son, Nicholas Ronnie Trubilla, was born at 12:19 a.m. Jan. 13, 2013 at Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas, Calif. to Chad and Carole Trubilla of Oceanside, Calif.

He weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and measured 19.5 inches long.Maternal grandparents are Ronald and Carole Monkres of Warrington, Pa.Paternal grandparents are Nicholas and Irene Trubilla of Hometown.He is the great-grandson of Irene Span of Coplay.Nicholas Ronnie is named in honor of his grandfather and in memory of 1stLT Ronald "Ronnie" Winchester, USMC of Rockville Center, N.Y., who was killed in action in Al Anbar Province, Iraq in 2004.
