As part of the 2nd Annual Summit Hill Hootenanny, the Summit Hill Lions Club will offer a free demonstration on Zumba classes.

The event will be held in Ludlow Park in the center of the community on Sunday, June 30.

The Lions have arranged for a Zumba instructor to present a 45-minute demonstration on the fitness program that involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included.

For more information on the free demonstration, contact Lions Club president Judy Midas at jam77@ptd.net [1].
