Rossino named MVP

Anthony Rossino led the West to a victory in the Keystone Senior Babe Ruth All-Star game.

KEYSTONE SENIOR BABE RUTHAll-Star GameAnthony Rossino of the Franklin Township Shockers won MVP honors in the 11th Annual Keystone Senior Babe Ruth All-Star Game as the West squad gained a 5-4 victory over the East.Rossino knocked in what proved to be the game-winning run in the eighth inning, stole three bases and also scored a run.The West team was made up of players from the Shockers, the Franklin Township Hurricanes, the Panther Valley Black Diamonds and the Towamensing Yankees.Luke Stano of the Black Diamonds was the game's winning pitcher by tossing a scoreless eighth frame. Mike Cataldo of the Hurricanes earned the save.Cataldo also added a hit and knocked in a run.
