A McAdoo man has been charged following a domestic incident on June 1.

Officers were dispatched to 324 S. Kennedy Dr. at 10 a.m. that day for a domestic dispute. On scene, Patrolman Anthony DiVirgilio spoke with Jean Trzcinski, who said her son came home in an intoxicated condition, grabbed her by the neck and shoved her against a tree in the backyard.The son, David Trzcinski, has been charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.
