A Blythe Township man and a Summit Hill woman were among 34 defendants arraigned Monday morning before District Attorney Karen Byrnes Noon at the Schuylkill County courthouse. All the defendants pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges lodged against them and requested trial by jury. They were:

Jason Warren Miller, of 78 Tucker Hill Road, Blythe Township, charged by Trooper Joseph H. Cazonie with theft of parts from a tractor on Eagle Hill Road, Blythe Township, belonging to Kuperavage Coal Company. He faces a second theft charge filed by Trooper Andrew D. Letcavage, alleging theft of a pickup truck parked on Tucker Hill Road in Blythe Township, belonging to James John Ney, 74 Tucker Hill Road.

Joanna Nunemacher, of 107 S. Chestnut St., Summit Hill, charged by the Inspector General's Office, with violation of the public welfare code by obtaining $784 in SNAP benefits, formerly know as the federal food stamps benefit, while failing to report earnings.

Daniel Ira Miller, 21, of 137 Saint Peter Road, Tamaqua R.D., charged by Pottsville Patrolman Renee R. Galle, with carrying a firearm without a license.

Suzanne Elizabeth Reber, of 288 Wood St., Cumbola, Blythe Township, charged by Pottsville Sgt. John R. Morrow, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Trevor John Gibas, 19, of 108 Water St., New Philadelphia, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Eugene M. Yourey, with two counts of possession of a controlled substance (CS) and one count of disorderly conduct by engaging in fighting.

Daniel Leonard Hossler, 29, Pottsville, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Renee R. Galle, with recklessly endangering Jared Hossler,1003 W. Market St., by firing a shot through a bedroom window after being asked to lower sound of music late at night. Hossler also faces charges brought by Patrolman Renee of three counts each of assaulting police officers and simple assault, and one count of disorderly conduct by engaging in fighting.

Amy Elizabeth A. Lordon, 30, Pottsville, charged by Pottsville Cpl. Francis B. Lynagh, with two counts of theft by deception and two counts of passing bad checks to Sand's Ford Agency.

Shayne Lamont Calloway, Sinking Springs, Berks County, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Brian J. Reno, with robbery, carrying a firearm without a license, theft, receiving stolen property, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and criminal mischief.

Max Walter Walls, 30, Pottsville, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Joseph J. Krammes, with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended and failing to have car lights on during required period.

Terry Lynn Schofstal, 52, Pottsville, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Eugene M. Yourey, with DUI of alcohol and drugs, driving under combined influence, crossing roadway without stopping, and failing to have turning signals activated when required.

Michael McShaw III, 58, Pottsville, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Renee R. Galle, with DUI of alcohol, careless driving, and failing to drive on roadway laned for traffic.

Crystal Henry, also known as Crystal Campos, 29, Pottsville, charged by state inspector general's office with violation of the public welfare code by obtaining SNAP benefits in amount of $3,717 while failing to report husband's earnings.

George Jerold Prutzman, 52, Saint Clair, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Renee R Galle, with DUI of alcohol, carrying a firearm without a license, careless driving, failing to drive at safe speed, failing to drive on roadway laned for traffic, and driving his vehicle on a sidewalk.

Michael Ruben Bylina, 47, Bethel, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Renee R. Galle, with three counts each of possession with intent to deliver a CS, and possession, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ethan Michael Sullivan, 19, Saint Clair, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Kirk A. Becker, with theft of $383.21 belonging to Cecelia June Carey, 1794 First Avenue, criminal conspiracy and criminal mischief.

Shawn Michael Cardinal, 21, Pottsville, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Joseph J. Krammes, with simple assault and harassment of Robert Walters in vestibule of a super market.

Timothy Jay Harris Jr., 19, Pottsville, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Krammes, with robbery of Brandon Shaffer at gunpoint at the intersection of Washington and Baber sts., theft of cell phone, credit card, $559 in currency, possession an instrument of crime (pistol), and simple assault by physical menace.

Joseph Etherington, 30, Mount Carbon , charged by Pottsville Patrolman Eugene M. Yourey, with criminal mischief to screen door at 743 E. Norwegian St., property of Jeffrey McNitsky.

Marissa Jeanette Miller, 36, Saint Clair, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Joseph R. Welsh, with possession of a CS, and drug paraphernalia in 200 block on North Second St.

Tammy Marie Seiger, 41, Pottsville, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Joseph H. Murton Jr., with resisting arrest, defiant trespass, and disorderly conduct in waiting room of Schuylkill Medical Center.
