A Schuylkill County woman is facing a charge of retail theft.

State police at Frackville said troopers were called to the Kmart store in the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township, about 1:50 p.m. on Friday, July 26, for a theft incident.On scene troopers found Kayla Ann Weikel, 23, of Shenandoah, in the custody of store security. She allegedly attempted to remove five shirts, two skirts, four pairs of panties, two bras, and two packs of make-up from the store without paying for the items. The items were valued at $134.42.She was issued a citation and released.
