A Pottsville man is facing a charge of retail theft following an incident that occurred about noon on Friday, July 19.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Dylan Ward, 23, entered Boscov's Department store in the Fairlane Village Mall, Norwegian Township, and attempted to remove a bottle of Versace men's cologne, valued at $76, without paying for it.He was stopped by store security.
