Janet Magee, 39, of Lansford, is facing charges after a shoplifting incident in Rush Township.

Magee will be charged with retail theft after stealing merchandise valued at $14.39 from Sally's Beauty Supply Shop in the HT Commons Shopping Plaza in Hometown.The theft took place at 10:29 a.m. on Sept. 19.
