The Bulldogs came out of the gate quickly to get a jump on Fleetwood and collect a non-league win, 52-36.

Northern Lehigh, which improves to 9-3 overall, got a game-high 17 points from Josh Eden, while teammates Tyler Dibilio and Lucas Pierce added 11 and 10 respectively.

Fleetwood earn a split with a victory in the JV contest, 37-31.

Trailing by six entering the final eight minutes, Northwestern utilized some timely shooting from the charity stripe down the stretch to pull out a come-from-behind win over Brandywine Heights, 35-32.

In the fourth quarter, the Tigers went 9-for-12 in free throws and outscored their opponents, 15-6 to win the game.

Jarred Binder led the way with 10 points for the Tigers, while teammate Tyler Richardson chipped in eight.

Northwestern jumped out early and never looked back to run away with a 54-19 non-conference win over the Olympians.

Erika Thomas scored 10 of her Tigers' high 12 points in the second quarter, while Sarah Segan netted five of her double figures 10 in the first eight minutes.

Nikki Ennis was the lone Olympian in double figures with 12 points.

Northwestern remains undefeated at 13-0 overall, while Jim Thorpe falls to 1-10.

Christine Streisel tied a school record of three-pointers in a game to help spark Tamaqua to a 55-37 win over Nativity.

The Blue Raiders' Streisel drained eight three-pointers on her way to a game-high, and season-high, 28 points. Streisel is now tied with Erica Barron for the single game mark.

Teammate Maria Streisel went on to score a double-double on the night with 19 points and 10 rebounds.

Tamaqua improves to 7-4 on the season.

Indian Duals

Lehighton finished 3-2 overall at its own Indian Duals.

Regardless of its fair showing in its own hosted tournament, several Tribe members shined themselves.

Tegan Durishin (106), Tyler Cann (145) and Connor Frey (170) finished unbeaten at 5-0 throughout the tournament. Durishin and Frey finished with four pins in their five bouts, while Cann ended up with two.

Dylan Flexer (160) recorded a 4-1 record over the weekend.

Pen Argyl came out on top with a 48-30 Colonial League win over Northern Lehigh.
