According to the Pocono District of Penn State Extension, which serves Carbon, Monroe, Wayne and Pike counties, a "Friday Facilitator Forum: Farm, Family, and Fitting the 'Right' People Around the Table" webinar will be held on Jan. 18, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. This webinar series provides useful information about popular topics related to successful team operation in the dairy industry.

This session will focus on getting the people on the team and around the table who have the greatest impact on the business. The presentation will include tips on how to utilize busy people on the team on a temporary basis and making sure that everyone contributes to team success.
