Crystal Joy Milner, 26, of 231 Pine St., Tamaqua, formerly of Lansford, charged by Tamaqua Patrolman Thomas Rodgers, last June 27 with possession of drug paraphernalia on Arlington St.

Joseph Edward Kuhla, 20, of 22 Villas Road, Tamaqua R.D., charged by Tamaqua Sgt. Richard Weaver, on Jan. 10, 2011, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia when stopped in parking lot of mini mart in unit block on Centre Street.

Diane Louise Ontiveros, 59, of 31 Swatara St., Tamaqua, charged by Trooper Robert Oakley last Nov. 20 with retail theft of merchandise from Boscov's Store, Fairlane Village Mall, valued at $610.30.

Kayla Wallace, 21,of 211 McComb St., New Philadelphia, charged by Saint Clair Patrolman Chad H. Seitzinger, last Sept. 16 with simple assault and harassment of Monica M. Chiccini, 61 S. Front St.

Kelly Gabrielle Bredamus, 44, of 18 E. Mauch Chunk St., Tamaqua, charged by Tamaqua Patrolman Karl Harig, last Oct. 7 with aggravated assault, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, simple assault, simple assault causing bodily injury with a deadly weapon, and recklessly endangering another person. The information filed to court claims Bredamus stabbed Calvin Smith with a screw driver following a dispute at his residence. Bredamus was also charged by Patrolman Harig on Oct. 10 with two counts of criminal attempt to commit aggravated assault and one count of endangering Calvin Smith with a steak knife at the residence.

Benjamin Andrew Kuzo, 20, of 4 Dogwood Lane, Lake Hauto, Rush Township, charged by Tamaqua Patrolman Anthony Stanell, last Oct. 15 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle owned by Elbert Stegmeier, which was removed from the M&T bank lot on Centre St. and theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and theft from a motor vehicle.

Alisen Vanger, 22, while residing at 231 Fisher Avenue, Coaldale, charged by Tamaqua Patrolman Anthony Stanell, last Aug. 8 with delivery of a controlled substance (CS), possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of communication facility, and possession of a CS; and was charged by Coaldale Chief Timothy Delaney, last Aug. 21 with possession of a CS, and drug paraphernalia. He gave his address as 19 W. Bertsch St., Lansford.

Amber Marie Gunderman, 36, Minersville, charged by Trooper Bernard Walasavage last Sept. 19 with four counts each of forging a restaurant customer's food bill, four counts of theft by deception, receivings stolen property by removing food from the restaurant and theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property. Information filed to court claims Gunderman while working as a waitress at the Blu Tavern Restaurant, Branch Township, increased charges on the bill paid by credit card and also took food items from the business which is against the policy of the tavern.
