MIDDLETOWN, Pa. Two jackpot-winning Cash 5 tickets worth $350,000 each from the Thursday, Jan. 3, drawing were sold at the following locations:

• White Birch Golf Course, 660 Tuscarora Park Road, Barnesville, Schuylkill County.• Stanton Negley Drug, 804 N. Negley Ave., Pittsburgh, Allegheny County.Reportedly a couple from Tamaqua had purchased the lucky Cash 5 ticket at the White Birch Golf Course.Each ticket correctly matched all five balls, 01-22-26-32-38, to split a jackpot of $700,000 and win individual prizes of $350,000, less 25 percent federal withholding.Each retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling a winning ticket.Lottery officials cannot confirm the identities of the winners until the prizes are claimed and the tickets are validated. Cash 5 winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.The Lottery encourages each holder of a winning ticket to sign the back of the ticket, call the Lottery at 717-702-8146 and file a claim at Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County, or at any of Lottery's seven area offices.Claims may be filed at headquarters Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at area offices.In fiscal year 2011-12, the Pennsylvania Lottery awarded a total of more than $244 million in prizes to winners in Allegheny and Schuylkill counties. The Lottery also contributed nearly $141 million to programs that benefited older residents of those counties.The Pennsylvania Lottery reminds its players to play responsibly.
