A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI).
Pocono Mountain Regional police said about 5:06 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 10, they were called by Indian Mountain Lakes security concerning an intoxicated driver attempting to gain entry to the community along Mountain Road.
Police responded to the scene and learned the driver in question almost struck the guard shack at the entrance.
The driver was identified as Jenna Rahmann, 24, of Saylorsburg. She was taken into custody and transported to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, for a blood test.
The DUI charge is pending the test results, police said.
