Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will be performing road work in the next few days in Carbon County.

In Bowmanstown and Parryville, crews will be patching potholes on Route 248 between the county line and Route 209, beginning from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Feb. 12 through Feb. 15. There will be land restriction with flagging and motorists should use caution while driving in the area.

In Penn Forest Township, crews will be doing bridge repair on Route 534 between Route 903 and Mecksville road from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Feb. 13. There will be lane restriction with flagging, motorists should use caution while driving in work area.

In Mahoning Township, workers will be doing bridge repair on Route 902 between Route 443 and Route 209 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Feb. 14 and Feb. 15. There will be lane restriction with flagging. Motorists should use caution while driving in work area.

In Packer Township, works will be sealing cracks on Route 93 between Quakake Road and Route 209 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Feb. 11 through Feb. 13. There will be land restriction with flagging.
