Nesquehoning drug bust

Nesquehoning police raided a borough home Wednesday morning, and arrested the occupant on drug charges.

Jaden J. Diacheysn, 25, of 24 N. Allen St., faces charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance (marijuana); possession of a controlled substance (heroin); unlawful possession of a controlled substance (marijuana); possession of drug paraphernalia; and tampering with or fabricating evidence.He remains in Carbon County Correctional Facility under $50,000 bail.According to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Nesquehoning Police Chief Sean Smith, at 8:10 a.m. Wednesday, Nesquehoning police, along with officers from Lansford, Weatherly and Jim Thorpe, executed a search warrant for Diacheysn's house.As police forced their way into the house, Diacheysn was allegedly flushing drugs down the toilet. Officers Carl Breiner and Timothy Wuttke secured the bathroom and got the drugs out of the toilet.Diacheysn was detained, along with an unnamed female, in the living room.Police conducted a search and seized a marijuana plant, bowls, bongs with burnt residue, suspected marijuana, wax packets stamped "FENDI, PLAYBOY, and BLUE LABEL" (all names associated with heroin).Diacheysn was arrested and taken to the police station. There, he waived his Miranda rights and admitted to having sold marijuana to an undercover officer. The female also gave a confession, which was consistent with Diacheysn's, in reference to Diacheysn's sale of narcotics from his house.
