State police at Lehighton plan to file charges against Donna Marie Pirozzi, 43, of Kunkletown for driving under the influence (DUI).

Police stopped Pirozzi for a vehicle code violation at 2:39 a.m. Aug. 18 on SR209 south near Stoffett, Hamiliton Township, Monroe County. She was driving a 2010 Ford Fusion.
