A Monroe County woman is facing a charge of public drunkenness following an incident that occurred about 11:10 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 25.

State police at Lehighton said troopers were dispatched to the area of 996 Scenic Drive, in Polk Township, for a report of a woman who fell over the side of the road.On scene troopers found Nanda Lynn Sheradin, 53, of Kunkletown, highly intoxicated, stumbling, and having a hard time walking.
