Kevin Cooney, 28, of Shenandoah, is facing charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property after allegedly stealing $161.23 worth of merchandise from the Hometown Commons Walmart in Rush Township.

Township police said incident occurred at 11 a.m. on Aug. 11.
