Fred Amatucci, 48, of Drexel Hill, Delaware County, was arrested by Pocono Mountain Regional police on Aug. 4 at the Pocono International Raceway in Long Pond.

Police said he was arrested for trademark counterfeiting and theft of services after he was found to be in possession of counterfeit press pass credentials to gain access to a restricted area.

The incident happened during the GoBowling.com 400 race at the raceway.

In another report at the raceway, police said they arrested a 17-year-old boy from Jermyn, Lackawanna County, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during the race. Police said he was initially taken into custody by the department's bicycle patrol unit.
