District 14-U recently held a Banner Exchange in Milford when District Governor Liz McElwee, left, a member of the West Penn Lions Club, received the District Governor Banner from immediate Past District Governor Sharon Kimmel, a member of the Milford Lions Club. The banner will be in McElwee's possession until June 30, 2014. The exchange was hosted by the Milford Lions Club.
