State police at the Frackville barracks said no one was hurt when a two-vehicle accident happened at 12:35 a.m. Aug. 8 on Interstate 81 northbound in Ryan Township, Schuylkill County.

Police said the accident happened when Skyler Way, 19, of Gouverneur, N.Y., driving a 2009 Honda Civic, fell asleep while driving in the right lane of travel and his vehicle ran into the rear of a tractor trailed operated by Antonio D'Angelo, 54, of Jefferson, N.H.Police said the Honda sustained heavy front-end damages and was towed from the scene while the back end of the trailer sustained minor damages.Police were assisted at the scene by fire personnel from Frackville and Ryan Township.
