A Philadelphia woman is facing a charge of public drunkenness following an incident in Monroe County.

State police at Lehighton said Andrea Fleck, 21, of Philadelphia, appeared at Upper Green Hill Road near Molasses Valley Road, in Polk Township, about 4:57 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25, claiming she was being chased by a man with a gun.A subsequent investigation revealed that the report was untrue. During the time of the probe Fleck displayed signs fo intoxication and was arrested.She was charged with public drunkenness, troopers said.
