Palmerton Area School Board on Tuesday unanimously approved the following extracurricular position, pending contract negotiations, for the 2013-14 school year:

- Justin Arifaj, assistant football coach, pending contract negotiations.By an 8-0 vote, with an abstention from Director Barry Scherer, the board approved the following extracurricular position, pending contract negotiations, for the 2013-14 school year.- Fred Lesher, volunteer football coach
