The Pleasant Valley School District will present its annual academic fair on Monday, April 22 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The fair will highlight the creativity and talents of students and staff through their work within the K-12 curriculum.

The format for the evening will be an "open door" ongoing presentation of events and activities. Projects will be displayed in the gymnasiums, hallways and classrooms. Students will be performing in the auditorium in various groups, including band and chorus groups. A schedule of groups who will be performing will be listed in the program provided for the evening. We will also be collecting computer systems and peripherals for recycling.

The academic fair provides an excellent way to learn about the Pleasant Valley School District. Teh program is relevant for everyone who lives in the community - especially for parents - since it will provide a wealth of information regarding opportunities for students.

Pleasant Valley Superintendent Dr. Douglas C. Arnold is urging all school district residents to attend this event to learn more about the school district that they support. "Many outstanding things are happening in our school district every day," Arnold said. "This is a great way for residents to see firsthand that our school district is working hard in its efforts to enact our mission statement, which is Excellence in Education - A Community Commitment."
