Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on the following driving under the influence (DUI) arrests.

On Saturday, Sept. 22, about 12:19 a.m. police received a report of a hit-and-run accident in the parking lot of Da's Pub, located along SR115, in Blakeslee. A Dodge pickup truck was identified as a vehicle that struck the building and fled.

A truck fitting the description was spotted by officers southbound on 115 and a traffic stop was made. Jason Keiper, 35, Pocono Lake, was identified as the driver. He was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. He was then taken to the Monroe County DUI Center for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results.

On Sunday, Sept. 23, about 1:40 a.m. police conducted a vehicle stop along SR940 at the entrance to Locust Lake Village, in Pocono Lake, Tobyhanna Township. The driver was identified as Kevin Neil Rosene, 46, of Pocono Lake. He was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. He was then taken to the county DUI center for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results.

Also on Sunday, about 1:50 a.m., police stopped a vehicle along SR611, near the I-380 ramp, in Coolbaugh Township, for erratic driving. The driver was identified as Samantha P. Dennis, 20, of Gouldsboro. She was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. She was transported to the DUI center for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results.
