Not only did Dawn Olson, retired Monroe County Extension director, extreme right, and Janice Robins, master food preserver, of Saylorsburg, not pictured, test pressure canners for folks who brought them to a two-hour free canning information session at Tractor Supply in Brodheadsville, but they also answered many questions posed by visitors to the evening event.
