A fire that damaged a vacant structure in Schuylkill County early Tuesday morning has been ruled an arson.

The fire occurred at 36 N. Price St. in Saint Clair. The fire was discovered at 1:33 a.m.State Police Fire Marshal trooper Joseph Burns, of the Frackville barracks, said his investigation revealed the fire was intentionally set. Damages were estimated at $25,000. No one was injured in the incident.Charles A. Premich is the listed owner of the property.
