Mark Sverchek, right, has been named the Honorary Campaign chairman for the American Cancer Society, Carbon-Tamaqua Unit's Daffodil Days for 2013. Appearing with him are Bob Stevenson, volunteer chairman and Caylan Chanwik, Income Development Specialist for the ACS. The goal for the campaign is $40,000 with the date of March 18-24, 2013 for the sales. The bear is Ray O. Hope, being the ninth member of the ACS Boyd's Bears family. This is the 39th year of the Daffodil Days sales.
