A Tamaqua woman was charged after she was caught trespassing.

According to Summit Hill police, on May 13, at 4:22 p.m., officers were dispatched to 105 Lansford Court, located in the Summit Hill portion of the Lansford Townhouses, for a person trespassing.Upon arrival they discovered Kelly Richardson, 19, of 500 E. Elm St. on the property. She was given notice that she's not allowed on the property and was charged with criminal trespass.
